TAVI 2026 INNOVATION, DEVICE SELECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF COMPLEX CASES “FROM PRE PROCEDURAL PLANNING TO THE TREATMENT OF CHALLENGING ANATOMIES”.

TAVI has now assumed a central role in the treatment of severe aortic stenosis, with indications expanding and complexity increasing in patient selection, procedural planning, and valve platform selection.

In the current setting, the TAVI approach can no longer be limited to the technical procedure itself; it requires an integrated vision that includes advanced imaging, assessment of valvular and vascular anatomy, prevention of complications, management of paravalvular leaks and conduction disturbances, and lifetime management strategies.

This meeting is designed to provide an updated overview of the most innovative aspects of contemporary TAVI, with particular attention to new valve platforms, complex anatomies, and procedural personalization. A dedicated space will be allocated to interactive discussion and the presentation of real-world clinical cases to promote practical exchange among experts and participants.

Within this framework, a dedicated session will focus on device selection and the role of new self-expanding valves, highlighting emerging options of growing interest in the contemporary transcatheter aortic valve replacement landscape.
