MONZINO IMAGING ACADEMY Echo3D Course

Course Structure
The course consists of two days dedicated to the
main topics of 3D echocardiographic imaging, both
transthoracic and transesophageal, delivered in a
highly interactive format. Held in a classroom setting,
the course is structured with sessions featuring lectures
on technical and diagnostic aspects related to major
cardiovascular diseases, with a particular emphasis
on valvular diseases. The lectures are complemented
by hands-on sessions involving transthoracic and
transesophageal cases on workstations and ultrasound
machines. This interactive course will strengthen
your skills in utilizing 3D echocardiography at every
step of valvular assessment and structural procedure
monitoring. Additionally, the practical component will
be enriched by an interactive simulation experience of
key structural interventional procedures with real-time
transesophageal monitoring.
Objective
The 3D Echocardiography Course is a theoretical
and practical program designed for individuals who
wish to acquire basic and advanced knowledge of
three-dimensional echocardiographic methodology,
